Total Quality Management
These three managers are talking about the marketing mix’s main three points. This can easily classify them in the product, price, place and promotions. These managers eliminate the product quality, price and feature of product. With out these three items product can not attain the core benefits due to lack of quality, price and feature. Product should have its core value with price and feature. Without product quality is like dull market and have not growth rate. Without price of product is like have not product life cycle stage like introduction, growth, maturity and decline stages. So product which s quality should have the following future. And a product can achieves the total quality management award, Deming total quality management and six sigma total quality awards.
1 Quality:- quality of product or quality product are same in meaning. Product should be quality, enhancing, useable, profitable, core benefited, delighted customers, continually improvement and customer satisfactions.
2 Marketing:- Marketing concept is not the sale of one product. Sales of product are the future of organization and marketing. Sales of product means peoples like to pay for benefits which they achieve from product. Peoples wish to pay for quality and better product. Product which achieves reliability, accurate, transferable, evaluate able and resistance quality are called marketable product.
3 Feature:- Feature is the benefited which provided to the costumers with products. Product mobile should have the feature which promises to provide with every particular mobiles. A feature term is mostly used by every company which promises to provide services and products with core products. Customers demand for never ending quality product and only pay for correct product. Feature means real benefits of product, remain in the business, reduce price, provide jobs and more jobs is the elaboration and collaboration for product and company.
Deming Principle:- Improve the quality of product and reduce price. Then offer to the market and grab more customers and achieve the reliability and confident. Remove the loses which occurs during production, operation and marketing. Achieve the customers satisfactions with increase productivity not while increase prices and reduce qualities. Product should be commitment and never losing relationship. Production should be zero defective and continually reliable and customer satisfied.
