  • Whenever in the class room students misbehave to the teacher.
  • Quarrel with other students.
  • Do not do their homework in time.
  • Make a noise in the discipline.
  • To violate the discipline.
  • Abuse other children.

  • Lack of interest in study.
  • Late coming in school.
  • Frequently remain absent from school.
  • Absent from school without information.
  • To give moral lesson to other students.
  • To build morality in the students. If you do not punished/guide the students in all above situations the discipline of the students will be destroyed and the reputation of the school will be at stake (Danger).
Kind Of Punishments.
  1. Corporal punishment.
  2. Fine.
  3. Deprivation Of reward.
  4. Discharge from institution.
  5. Additional home assignment.
  6. Additional study hours.
  7. Insult.
  8. Apologizing.
Corporal Punishment
In the ancient the concept of physical punishment was very common but present educationalist are not in the favor of physical punishment. Educationist  say that physical punishment has less advantages and much disadvantages. Teacher should avoid to give corporal punishment but if all the effective methods are applied to the students and he can not change his bad habit So that in these circumstance corporal punishment should be must.
In this situation Abn-E-Khuldin said if corporal punishment is necessary then give three sticks at a time to the students in that place he did not feel more pain.
        Hazrat Amam Ghazali said:
  1. First of all ignore the mistakes of the student.
  2. Secondly to guide the student with sign of the body.
  3. Thirdly if he does such a mistake again and again to teach him separately.
  4. If he does not accept your advice and he repeats his mistakes again you can guide him in front of his companion/friend.
  5. If he repeats such a mistake again and again then keep his punished with three sticks in a time which are on his back not on his face.
While giving corporal punishment the following things may be kept in mind.
  1. Corporal punishment should be given only for a very serious misconduct or offence disrespectful behavior towards the teachers, disobedience, agitation, serious charges relating to character etc.
  2. Head of the school alone should give corporal punishment. The assistant teachers should not be given this right.
  3. When any be serious charge against any student is proved only then should corporal punishment be given. It should not be given when there is any doubt regarding the offence.
  4. Small children should not be given corporal punishment.
  5. While inflicting corporal punishment the health of the child should be taken into consideration.
Fine:-        The Imposing of fine is not very good. Punishment of paying fine will be for two conditions.
  1. If the student has committed such an offence which has caused economic loss to the school or his class fellows. Fine may be imposed in order to compensate the loss.
  2. If some students come in school in late or remain absent without information. Since fine is paid by parents and they are also responsible for their late coming or remain absent and if there is any other reason then their parents should also be informed.
Deprivation of award:- If a student does not discharge his responsibilities or if he has done something wrong while holding a responsible post, he should be removes from that post / president ship , monitor ship, participating in drama. This punishment should be given when sufficient proof is available.
Expulsion from institution:- This kind of punishment is given to those students on which physical punishment is not affected. The students which have serious ethical evils or if a student cause by ill reputation for the institution.
Additional study hours:- If a student do not do homework regularly and do not prepare class test or lesson then those students are said to complete their task written or oral in break time, before the assembly or in zero period or extra  period after school timing. Its duration should not be more than half an half.
Additional home assignment:- The students who violate the discipline or create disturbance for the school to take those students some additional home work should be given so that they feel their mistake and do respect the rules of discipline.
Insult:- Insulting the student is a very bad punishment. If a teacher makes a student in the class stand on the chair or make a few unsavory remarks against him .This will have greater and more lasting effect on him than corporal punishment. Hence great care should be taken in this respect. The success of the scolding given depends on the personality.

If a teacher has great moral value his anger is the enough to change the behavior of the children. Sometimes he convey his message with a glance through his bodies signs, calling him by his name.
A teacher should not censure / guide in the front of any other children. He should guide him separately that his respect does not violate.
Apologizing:-
If any student has committed a serious offence, he may be asked to tender an apology. It will be better if he apologizes to the teacher and principal.

Conclusion
To sum up a teacher should perform his/her duty well, keep the students busy in the classroom in interesting activities. We should develop friendly and earning environment. We should solve problems ourselves without giving punishment. In case a student causes problems again and again. We should hand over this student to the principal who may fine the students or expel the student from the school or whatever he likes he will be responsible to solve the problem. If teacher gives full attention to the students the students will not quarrel with one another. They will not violate discipline. Naughty boy may be given extra written home work. We should know the root cause of misbehavior of the student. A teacher should give full attention, love, care and affection to the students and should follow the slogan.
